Fox & Fox, S.C. in Monona, WI, defeated a summary judgment motion on November 29, 2018 for their client, a former employee of Stoughton Trailers, LLC, who claims he was unfairly terminated because of his race. The court’s ruling allows the case to proceed to trial.
