Attorney Michael R. Fox has been named one of America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators® for 2020, a recognition which annually establishes the best trial lawyers in the nation. The title is obtained by invitation only and granted to lawyers who consistently prevail in legal matters that carry high stakes. The selection process leading up to the determination of the final list of America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators® is notably rigorous with less than one-half percent (.05%) of the nation’s active attorneys receiving the honor.
In order to be considered for final selection, an attorney must have a history of litigating at least one matter where 1) a minimum of $2,000,000 in alleged damages was at stake or 2) the fate of a business worth a minimum of $2,000,000 was at stake. After determination of which lawyers meet these two requirements, candidates in each state are ranked in a thorough Qualitative Comparative Analysis. The analysis takes note of factors such as professional experience, case results and peer reputation.
Each year, only the top 100 attorneys from each state are presented with the honor of being named one of America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators®.
