Employment litigation cases have been on the rise since March, due to employers allegedly disregarding coronavirus safety precautions. An ongoing CBS News investigation explores one such case at a Milwaukee engine plant, where employees claim managers failed to enforce measures such as facemasks.
The employees state that managers were absent of masks, while workers were simultaneously on assembly lines unmasked. A mask requirement was implemented within the plant only after a statewide mandate.
