After accusations of a workplace environment at WarnerMedia being littered with bullying, racism, misogyny and verbal abuse, the CEO of WarnerMedia, Jason Kilar, will be updating their Standards of Business Conduct. Each employee will be required to sign this document. Kilar will also be closely examining each WarnerMedia production unit to ensure that individuals in the workplace are “treated with dignity”.
