Financial services company Wells Fargo has allegedly held hiring biases against 34,193 African American position applicants, and 308 female applicants. The company is to pay $7.8 million to settle these labor discrimination allegations. This will be at least the third instance Wells Fargo has paid the Department of Labor to settle discrimination allegations.
